Vessel/Shorebased Type: Private/Charter Motor Yacht
Candidate has a minimum of 2 years of yachting experience, strong product knowledge and maintenance skills, and a clear understanding of the daily operation of the deck department.
Previous new build experience is beneficial but not essential.
Additionally, you should have tender driving experience onboard both jet and stern drive, crane and lifting operation experience, and experience with water sports operations and guest interactions.
A positive work ethic, attitude, and a safety-conscious mindset are essential.
