Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Deckhand for a luxury Motor Yacht. The successful candidate will assist with daily deck operations, yacht maintenance, tender operations and guest activities.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine deck maintenance and cleaning.
Assist with mooring and anchoring operations.
Handle tenders and water toys as required.
Assist with exterior detailing, polishing and painting.
Support guest activities and watersports operations.
Maintain deck equipment and storage areas.
Participate in drills and emergency procedures.
Requirements
Previous Deckhand experience on a Motor Yacht or luxury yacht.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate.
Good command of English.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant tender or watersports qualifications are an advantage.
