Minimum 3+ years of experience in the yachting industry
Proven leadership skills at a Lead Deckhand or Bosun level
Strong tender driving ability, particularly with a 40ft chase boat
Ability to hit the ground running and support the team effectively
Rotation: 3:1 (filling in for Bosun)
Salary: $5,000 per month
Bonus: Discretionary 13th-month bonus
Itinerary: Dual Season
