Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Deckhand to join a Private 55m Support Vessel. This exciting role is ideal for a hands-on seafarer with at least 2 years of experience and strong tender-driving skills (up to 12m).
The owner is adventurous and active, so candidates with sailing experience and water-sports background (surfing, diving) will be highly regarded. This program offers fantastic training opportunities, a competitive bonus scheme, and the chance to work in a high-standard, close-knit crew environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating and maintaining tenders up to 12m
• Assisting with water-sports activities (sailing, surfing, diving support)
• Maintaining exterior of the vessel to high standards
• Supporting daily deck operations and guest activities
• Collaborating with crew to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ yachting experience as Deckhand
• Strong tender-driving skills (up to 12m)
• Valid STCW certification
• Medical fitness certificate
• Additional skills such as sailing, surfing, or diving are an advantage
• Energetic, adventurous, and team-oriented personality
