A private/charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Deckhand / Mate to join the deck team and assist with vessel operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily deck operations and maintenance
• Support mooring, anchoring, tender, and water-sports activities
• Maintain exterior areas of the yacht to a high standard
• Assist with guest activities and watersports operations
• Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
Requirements
• Previous Deckhand / Mate experience on Motor Yachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and appropriate US visa/work authorization where required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong practical and maintenance skills
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
