Arrow Yacht is currently recruiting an experienced Deckhand to join a Private Motor Yacht operating on worldwide itineraries.
The successful candidate will support all deck operations, exterior maintenance, tender handling, guest services, and mooring activities while maintaining the yacht to the highest superyacht standards.
Position Available
Deckhand — EUR 3,500/month
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily deck maintenance, cleaning, polishing, and painting.
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and docking operations.
Operate and maintain tenders and deck equipment.
Support watersports and guest activities when required.
Maintain exterior appearance of the yacht.
Assist with safety equipment inspections.
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures.
Work effectively within a professional yacht crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
Previous experience as Deckhand on Private or Luxury Motor Yachts preferred.
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Tender driving certificate is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
Strong teamwork and safety awareness.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
