MYS Aust is currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will support all deck operations, exterior maintenance, tender handling, mooring activities, guest assistance, and water sports while maintaining exceptional presentation standards expected aboard a luxury yacht.

Job Responsibilities
Perform deck maintenance and detailing
Assist with mooring and anchoring operations
Operate tenders and water sports equipment
Maintain exterior cleanliness and teak decks
Assist guests during embarkation and activities
Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Support safe yacht operations at all times
Requirements
Previous experience as Deckhand onboard Private or Motor Yachts
Valid STCW certification package
Tender driving experience preferred
Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong seamanship and maintenance skills
Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
Physically and medically fit for sea service
