Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Deckhand to join a brand-new 80m Private Yacht, currently in the final stages of construction in the Netherlands. The vessel is due for delivery in October and will sail directly to the Caribbean.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic program from launch, working within a professional team on a modern, high-standard yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Exterior maintenance and deck operations
• Safe tender driving and guest transfers
• Assisting with water-sports and guest activities
• Supporting daily operations during delivery and Caribbean season
• Upholding the highest standards of safety and service onboard
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Deckhand, ideally on yachts of similar size
• Proficient in deck operations and tender driving
• Yachtmaster certificate advantageous but not essential
• Extremely fit, energetic, and enthusiastic about a sporty/healthy lifestyle
• Valid B1/B2 visa (mandatory)
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
• Valid STCW and ENG1 medical
Employment Details:
• Vessel: 80m Private Yacht (new build)
• Salary: €3,300 per month
• Leave: 60 days
• Start Date: ASAP – latest 1st October
