Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:
・Title: DECKHAND for an 85m+ private motor yacht.
・Employment Type: Rotational.
・Salary: TBC with Captain.
・Location: Mediterranean/Caribbean.
Vessel Details:
・Dual season, 70m+ private motor yacht is currently searching for a rotational (3:1) Deckhand to start ASAP in the Mediterranean.
・The yacht carries out a busy dual season cruising itinerary currently underway with their Med season.
・Fantastic multinational crew onboard who reward and promote longevity onboard.
Position Details:
・The ideal crew member for this role will ideally have 1 to 2 seasons experience onboard similar sized vessels, preferably over 50 metres in length. You must be proficient on Deck and have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations onboard a yacht of this size.
・You will need to be positive, professional, career driven, approachable and strong within a team. Crew with initiative, confidence and a ‘can-do’ attitude will be favoured for this role.
・The yacht is offering an industry standard salary (TBC with captain) as well as a 3:1 rotational leave package and all courses paid for. Crew with extra skills will be preferred.
Requirements:
・You must have a minimum of 1 – 2 full seasons experience as a Deckhand to be considered.
・A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role.
・Excellent references are required.
・Start date: ASAP in the Med.
