Vessel Details:
・We are recruiting on behalf of a 55m, dual-season charter yacht that is currently seeking an Experienced Deckhand to join the team by the 31st of August!
・This exciting program includes both Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising itineraries.
・The yacht has a fantastic multinational crew onboard and a strong focus on longevity and professional growth.
Role Overview:
・We are looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of proven experience as a Deckhand on yachts 40m+. You’ll need to demonstrate a solid understanding of deck operations and the ability to integrate quickly into a fast-paced, professional team.
・The right individual will be motivated, team-orientated, and eager to contribute to a high-performing deck department.
・This position offers a permanent contract package (TBC at interview stages) with additional incentives including a 13th month bonus to be discussed during the interview process.
