Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a 60m private/charter dual-season motor yacht operating between the Caribbean and Mediterranean. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, fun, and family-oriented crew with a strong team dynamic and active cruising schedule.
The ideal candidate will have solid tender driving skills, be confident with watersports, and enjoy maintaining the yacht to a high standard. Charter experience is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all deck operations including wash downs, maintenance, and mooring operations
• Operate tenders safely and confidently
• Assist with guest activities, beach set-ups, and watersports equipment
• Work effectively as part of a busy, hands-on deck team
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a guest-facing environment
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Deckhand on yachts 40m+
• Strong tender driving and watersports skills
• Charter experience highly advantageous
• Yachtmaster preferred but not essential
• Valid B1/B2 visa (mandatory)
• Male candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)
• Valid STCW, ENG1, and all standard yachting certificates
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and work ethic

• Salary: USD 3,500/month
• Leave: 40 days
• Bonuses: Equal share of charter tips + discretionary bonus
