Job Description
A 55m Private/Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Deckhand to join their professional team. The vessel runs both private and charter programs. Open to male and female candidates. The ideal applicant will have prior yachting experience, solid deck skills, and diving experience.
Responsibilities
Assist with all exterior maintenance and deck operations
Line handling, washdowns, tender operations
Support water sports and guest activities
Participate in mooring, anchoring, and docking procedures
Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism
Work closely with the deck team during charter operations
Requirements
Yacht Master preferred
Valid STCW & ENG1
PADI certification is a major advantage
Charter experience is a major plus
Minimum 2 seasons of yachting experience
Valid B1/B2 visa or US passport / legal US work status
Passport valid for at least 6 months
Fluent English
Positive, professional attitude
Benefits
Salary: $3,500 per month
