Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deckhand to join a 100m+ Private Motor Yacht.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large yacht with a busy watersports program, including diving and guest activities. The role involves supporting deck operations, maintenance, tender driving, and assisting with guest services while maintaining the highest standards onboard.
Key Details:
Vessel: 100m+ Motor Yacht
Usage: Private
Itinerary: Mediterranean Summer → Worldwide
Start Date: Before June 1st
Rotation: 3 months on / 1 month off
Salary: From USD $3,500+ (DOE)
Bonus: Generous bonus every 6 months
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience on yachts 50m+
Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
RYA Qualifications required
RYA Powerboat Level 2 certification
Experience with watersports (diving preferred)
Good English communication skills
Strong work ethic and team player attitude
