Job Description:
Winch Yacht Recruitment is seeking a skilled Deck/Carpenter to join a Private Motor Yacht. The ideal candidate will combine deck duties with high-level carpentry and repair skills, supporting both maintenance and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing general deck operations and maintenance
• Delivering carpentry repairs, varnishing, and custom woodwork
• Supporting Bosun in supervising deck upkeep
• Assisting with tender driving and water sports operations
• Ensuring deck and carpentry tasks meet high yacht standards
Requirements:
• STCW 95/2010 and ENG1
• B1/B2 and Schengen visas
• Carpentry or woodworking trade background
• 2–4 years yachting experience preferred
• Strong practical and hands-on skills
