A prestigious Private & Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Deckhand / Carpenter to join its deck department.
The successful candidate will perform deck operations while carrying out high-quality carpentry, joinery, and wood maintenance to preserve the yacht's luxury appearance and functionality.
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily deck operations and maintenance
Carry out carpentry, joinery, and wood repairs
Maintain teak decks, handrails, and wooden furniture
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
Operate deck machinery and equipment
Support guest activities when required
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Maintain the yacht's exterior to luxury standards
Requirements
Previous experience as Deckhand / Carpenter onboard Motor Yachts or Superyachts
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport
Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
Professional carpentry and woodworking skills
Good English communication skills
Strong teamwork and safety awareness
Physically fit for yacht operations
