We are looking for experienced AB ready to join BALEARIA RoRo passenger ferries, embarkation ASAP, contract 4 months +/-1, Required experienced as such on Ro/Pax vessels, lashing experience is a big plus, all valid Certificates including certificates for Ro/Pax ships - STCW Reg.V/2, for AB we require STCW Reg.II/5 and PSCRB and AFF Certificates.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Valid STCW95 certification.
Appropriate certification as required by regulations.
Good understanding of exterior maintenance and repair.
Must be fully proficient in operating tender boats and rescue boats.
Extensive experience in subordinate positions and on board passengers ships in a similar role.
Physically and medically fit.
Moral integrity is required.
Coast Guard and Port State Control experience.
Language requirements:
Fluent English (verbal, written and technical). English is the working and safety language on board. This also includes the ability to give and receive instructions in verbal and written forms and to effectively and efficiently engage with guests and crew members. Additional languages are considered beneficial.
