Must hold AEC 2 as minimum
Min. 2 years’ experience in yachting or 3 years on commercial vessel
Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills / mechanical issues
Power Boat L2 highly beneficial
Strong deck experience for when needed (owner & charter trips)
Great communication skills and a team player
B1/B2 visa is a huge advantage
