Job Description:
Our client is recruiting a Junior Steward(ess) to join a 45m+ Private & Charter Motor Yacht (New Build). This is an excellent opportunity to grow in the industry on a vessel with supportive owners and a fun, active crew. The yacht has a busy charter schedule ahead, offering strong career development for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with housekeeping, laundry, and service duties
• Rotating through all interior departments to support the team
• Maintaining high presentation standards across guest areas
• Assisting with guest service and meal support when required
• Contributing to themed events and guest entertainment
Requirements:
• 1–2 seasons of yachting experience on a similar-sized vessel
• Strong transferable land-based hospitality/service experience
• Confident in all areas of interior operations (HSK, laundry, service)
• Team player with a proactive and positive approach
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification and ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Employment Details:
• Contract: Permanent
• Leave: 60 days annually
• Salary: DOE (EUR)
