We are looking for an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior department and ensure exceptional guest service and housekeeping standards onboard a Motor Yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising the interior team
Managing guest service and hospitality operations
Maintaining high housekeeping and presentation standards
Coordinating interior inventories and supplies
Assisting with guest events and service
Requirements:
Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) or senior interior crew
Motor Yacht/Superyacht experience preferred
Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and service
Excellent English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid STCW and medical fitness certificate
