Job Description:
An experienced Steward(ess)/Masseuse is required to join a 60m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht (MY) starting 1st November 2025.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled stewardess with proven massage therapy qualifications and a strong background in luxury guest service. The role will be approximately 70% stewardess duties and 30% masseuse services, depending on guest requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ yachting experience, fluency in English (preferably native), and a professional, adaptable approach suited to both charter and private operations. Candidates must hold a B1/B2 visa and valid massage therapy certifications.
Please note: this is not a rotational position. Only apply if you are fully committed to a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing stewardess duties including service, housekeeping, and guest assistance.
• Providing professional massage treatments to guests upon request.
• Ensuring guest comfort, discretion, and a high level of personal care.
• Maintaining spa and massage equipment in immaculate condition.
• Assisting with guest embarkation, turndown, and overall interior presentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in yachting on vessels 50m+.
• Valid B1/B2 visa (essential).
• Certified massage therapist with qualifications covering multiple techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of stewardess duties (service, housekeeping, guest care).
• Fluent English (preferably first language).
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be willing to commit long-term; not a rotational position.

• Leave: 60 days annually
• Salary: €4,000 per month + tips
