Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally skilled Stewardess to join a 90m private motor yacht with a world-cruising itinerary, exploring extraordinary destinations beyond the traditional Med–Caribbean route. This is a unique opportunity to work with a supportive, long-term crew and exceptional owners, offering stability, creativity, and adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Deliver world-class guest service and ensure seamless interior operations
• Apply advanced skills in your area of specialty (hospitality, wellness, mixology, etc.)
• Collaborate with fellow interior crew to create memorable guest experiences
• Train and support junior interior crew in your area of expertise
• Maintain high standards of presentation, organization, and discretion at all times
• Contribute to themed events, guest activities, and special onboard experiences
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Stewardess on 40m+ private or charter yachts
• Proven onboard longevity and excellent references
• Highly skilled and self-sufficient in at least one specialty area
• Relevant certifications (depending on specialty)
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and mentoring others
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, adaptable attitude suited for a world-cruising program
Preferred Specialist Skills (one or more):
• Mixologist / Bartender
• Yoga or Pilates Instructor (RYT 200/500)
• Sommelier
• Massage / Spa Therapist (CIBTAC / ITEC / CIDESCO)
• Personal Trainer
• Nutritionist (NASM / ISSA)
• Event Stylist, DJ, Photographer, or Videographer
