Job Description
A prestigious 35m private sailing yacht with a world cruising program is seeking a Skilled and Motivated Sole Steward(ess) to join their international crew.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior service, ensuring guest comfort, maintaining interior presentation, and providing all-round hospitality support onboard.
This role is ideal for a candidate with previous yachting experience who is ready to take full ownership of the interior department and work closely with a small, dedicated crew.
Key Responsibilities
Full interior management (cleaning, laundry, detailing, cabin preparation)
Table service, guest hospitality, and beverage service
Inventory control and interior ordering
Assisting with provisioning for guests and crew
Supporting general yacht operations when required
Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service
Requirements
6 months – 1 year of yachting experience (minimum)
STCW 95/2010
ENG1 Medical Certificate
Valid Seaman’s Discharge Book or EU passport
Fluent Spanish and English (required)
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to integrate into a small team
