Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sole Stewardess to join an 85ft private catamaran sailing yacht currently based in Western Europe. The yacht operates a professionally run program with a tight-knit crew, offering sailing adventures throughout the Mediterranean.
The role requires fluency in Italian and ideally 1–2 seasons of prior yachting experience. The successful candidate will be confident in handling sole stew responsibilities, with a strong, adventurous, and enthusiastic personality to fit in with the dynamic crew.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Sole responsibility for interior service, housekeeping, and guest care
• Managing laundry and provisioning as needed
• Providing high-quality hospitality for owners and guests
• Assisting in organizing activities during guest trips
• Working as a team player and contributing to a positive onboard atmosphere
Requirements:
• Valid STCW 95/2010 certificates
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Fitness Certificate
• Fluency in Italian (essential)
• Female candidates only (as per owner request)
• Prior experience as Sole Stewardess preferred
• 1–2 seasons yachting experience (minimum)
• Confident, adventurous, and enthusiastic personality
Employment Details:
• Contract: Full-time, private program
• Salary: Industry standard, DOE (paid in EUR)
• Leave: 40 days per year
