Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join a professional and dynamic interior team, providing exceptional service across both a luxurious private residence in Dubai and a 100m+ private yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate with a strong hospitality background, eager to grow within the yachting industry. A polished, discreet, and proactive approach is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily service operations, including meal service, drink preparation, turndown service, and guest readiness.
• Assist with both formal and informal table settings, event setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the interior and guest areas to impeccable standards.
• Work closely with the senior service team, following detailed instructions with consistency.
• Display a professional and welcoming attitude at all times, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Uphold high levels of personal presentation and hospitality.
Qualifications & Attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in yachting (+80m) and luxury hospitality or private service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Knowledge of silver service and fine dining is an advantage.
• Positive team player with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in English (accent-neutral); additional languages are a plus.
• Must hold or be eligible for a Schengen visa and be willing to travel extensively.
