Arrow Yacht is currently recruiting an experienced Second Steward / Stewardess to join a Private Motor Yacht operating on worldwide itineraries.
The successful candidate will support the Chief Steward / Stewardess in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining luxury interior standards, and coordinating housekeeping and hospitality operations onboard.
Position Available
Second Steward / Stewardess — EUR 5,500/month
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Steward / Stewardess with daily interior operations.
Deliver high-end guest hospitality and food & beverage service.
Prepare guest cabins and interior areas to luxury standards.
Perform housekeeping, laundry, and cabin service duties.
Assist with inventory control and provisioning.
Support guest events and special occasions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all interior spaces.
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures.
Requirements
General Requirements
Previous experience as Second Steward / Stewardess onboard Private or Luxury Motor Yachts preferred.
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Professional appearance and excellent guest service skills.
Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
