Job Description:
A luxury Motor Yacht operating in European waters is recruiting an experienced Second Steward(ess) to support the Chief Steward(ess) and manage interior operations. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of luxury hospitality onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Chief Steward(ess) with interior department operations
• Provide professional food and beverage service
• Maintain guest cabins and interior areas
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and service duties
• Ensure excellent guest experience during yacht operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Second Steward(ess) or Senior Steward(ess) on Motor Yachts preferred
• Strong knowledge of luxury yacht interior operations
• Experience with fine dining and guest service
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional guest service attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a multinational crew
