Job Description:
A prestigious 90m Private & Charter Yacht is seeking an experienced Spa / Service Stewardess to join their interior team. The vessel is currently located in Spain and operates a dual itinerary between the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and U.S. waters.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong service experience and certified spa/massage skills. Hair and makeup training are highly desired, and qualifications in yoga or Pilates are a plus. The owners are known for treating their crew exceptionally well, offering a positive and stable onboard environment.
The vessel operates under both private and charter use, requiring a polished and flexible service approach.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Provide luxury-level spa treatments (massage, facials, etc.) to guests
• Support general service during mealtimes, events, and guest operations
• Maintain spa equipment and hygiene standards
• Assist with housekeeping or laundry as required during charters
• Deliver a high-end guest experience across service and wellness areas
Requirements:
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of yacht service experience on similar-sized vessels
• Massage therapy qualification – required
• Hair training – required
• Makeup skills – preferred
• Yoga/Pilates instructor certification – an asset
• Excellent communication skills and guest-facing professionalism
• B1/B2 visa – mandatory
Employment Details:
• Start Date: End of October
• Contract Duration: 4:2 rotation (4 months on / 2 months off)
• Salary: €5,000+ / month, depending on experience
