Job Description:
A leading international yacht recruitment company is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Steward(ess) to join prestigious Private & Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will support the interior department by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout guest accommodation areas and yacht interiors. This position requires excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain guest cabins, bathrooms, and interior spaces to luxury standards
• Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Assist with linen changes, laundry operations, and inventory control
• Prepare guest areas before arrivals and during yacht operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of interior areas
• Follow yacht hygiene, safety, and company procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Housekeeping Steward(ess) onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
• Previous luxury hospitality, hotel, or cruise experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of high-end housekeeping standards
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork, discretion, and guest service awareness
