Start Date: October 2025 – Permanent Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Stewardess to join a professional and motivated interior team aboard a 100m+ private yacht. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, service excellence, and discretion. You will support all housekeeping operations, ensuring that the yacht is always maintained to the highest standards. A polished, proactive, and respectful attitude is essential, alongside the ability to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of guest and crew cabins, salons, bathrooms, and other interior areas.
• Perform laundry duties, including care for high-end garments, linens, and delicate fabrics.
• Manage wardrobe organization and packing/unpacking for guests.
• Maintain stock levels for housekeeping supplies and toiletries.
• Support in floral arrangements, turn-down service, and detailing tasks.
• Work closely with other stewardesses to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Follow protocols for handling guests’ personal belongings with discretion and care.
• Maintain guest privacy and demonstrate professionalism in all circumstances.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury housekeeping (yachting, hotels, or private estates).
• Valid STCW95 certification.
• ENG1 medical certificate.
• Schengen visa eligibility.
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude with a strong eye for detail.
