Job Description:
Viking Crew is seeking Galley Stewards to join a professional culinary team onboard a Cruise Liner operating worldwide.
The successful candidates will support galley operations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene standards, and assisting chefs during daily food production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain cleanliness of galley areas and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
• Follow sanitation and hygiene procedures
• Dispose of waste according to company regulations
• Support smooth operation of the galley department

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Galley Steward, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport
• Good English communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and reliability
