A luxury sailing yacht with a world-cruising program is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Deck/Steward(ess) to join the crew. This is an exciting opportunity for a maritime professional who is comfortable working in a dual role—supporting both deck operations and interior service.
The ideal candidate is flexible, positive, well-presented, and able to integrate smoothly with an international team. Start date is ASAP in Palma.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with all deck duties: line handling, washdowns, maintenance, tender operations
Support interior duties: housekeeping, guest service, table setup, laundry
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization onboard
Provide excellent hospitality service during guest trips
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team dynamic
Requirements
Seaman’s Discharge Book or EU Passport
Fluent in Spanish and English
STCW 95 / STCW 2010
ENG 1 (valid medical certificate)
Previous experience in a similar dual Deck/Stew position on a sailing vessel is an advantage
Positive attitude, professional presentation, and readiness to join immediately
