Job Description:
A luxury Private & Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Deck / Steward(ess) to combine deck operations with interior guest-service duties.
The successful candidate will assist with exterior yacht maintenance, deck operations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
• Maintain exterior yacht areas to a high standard
• Provide professional guest and interior service
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and service duties
• Support guest activities and onboard events
• Follow yacht safety and hospitality procedures
Requirements:
• Previous combined Deck / Steward(ess) experience preferred
• Experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts is an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant yacht documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong hospitality and practical deck skills
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
