Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m dual-season Private/Charter Motor Yacht (MY). The yacht has just completed a successful charter season in the Med and has upcoming charters booked for the Caribbean season, with similar activity expected next Med season.
This is a highly guest-facing and service-oriented role, perfect for a motivated individual looking to grow charter experience and benefit from additional tips. The Chief Stewardess will lead an interior team of three, ensuring impeccable standards of service and fostering a positive, professional onboard culture.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Leading and motivating the interior team of three
• Providing high-level guest service during private and charter trips
• Wine knowledge and confident cocktail preparation
• Maintaining high standards of service, housekeeping, and guest relations
• Collaborating with the captain and heads of department to deliver excellent charters
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certification
• ENG1 medical certificate
• Food & Hygiene Level 2 certificate
• PDSD certificate
• Valid Schengen visa & B1/B2 visa
• Previous experience as Chief Stewardess is essential
• Charter experience strongly preferred
• Professional, positive, organized, and guest-service oriented personality

• Salary: Up to $7,500 per month
• Leave: 60 days annually
