Job Description:
We are recruiting a Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior department of a private/charter motor yacht. The role focuses on guest experience and interior team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage interior crew and schedules
• Oversee housekeeping and service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Inventory and provisioning management
• Train and supervise steward(ess) team
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Previous Chief Steward(ess) experience
• Strong hospitality background
• Leadership and communication skills
• English fluency
