Job Description:
We are seeking a Chief Steward/ess to lead the interior department and ensure high-level guest service onboard a luxury yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage interior crew and service operations
• Maintain 5-star hospitality standards
• Oversee housekeeping and service duties
• Manage provisioning and inventory
• Coordinate guest experience onboard
Requirements:
• Hospitality/yacht experience in senior interior role
• Leadership skills
• STCW certificate preferred
• Excellent English communication
• Strong attention to detail
