Job Description
Arrow Yacht is currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward / Stewardess to join a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will lead the interior department, ensuring exceptional guest service, luxury hospitality standards, interior maintenance, inventory management, and efficient supervision of the interior crew.
Position Available
Chief Steward / Stewardess — EUR 7,000/month
Job Responsibilities
Manage all interior operations onboard.
Supervise and train stewardess team members.
Deliver five-star guest service and hospitality.
Organize housekeeping, laundry, and guest cabin services.
Manage interior inventories, provisioning, and budgets.
Coordinate guest events, dining service, and special requests.
Maintain the yacht's interior to luxury standards.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements
General Requirements
Previous experience as Chief Steward / Stewardess onboard Private or Luxury Motor Yachts.
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and hospitality skills.
Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
