Job Description:
A leading yacht recruitment company is seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to join luxury Private & Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interior department, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage daily interior department operations
• Supervise steward/ess team members
• Provide luxury guest service and hospitality
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and service standards
• Coordinate guest preferences and special requests
• Maintain interior presentation according to yacht standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts
• Strong knowledge of luxury yacht interior operations
• Experience with VIP owners and charter guests
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and discreet approach
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
