We are recruiting an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior department onboard a luxury Motor Yacht. The successful candidate will ensure outstanding guest service and maintain the highest standards of interior presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the interior team.
Coordinate daily housekeeping and service operations.
Maintain luxury service standards for guests.
Organize tables, dining and beverage service.
Manage interior inventory and supplies.
Train and supervise junior interior crew.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout guest areas.
Assist with guest events and special occasions.
Requirements
Previous Chief Steward(ess) experience on a luxury Motor Yacht.
Strong leadership and interior-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of luxury service and housekeeping.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Professional, discreet and guest-focused approach.
Employment Details
Salary: EUR 6,000 per month
