A luxury Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior department and ensure exceptional service standards for owners and charter guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the interior department
• Coordinate housekeeping and guest-service operations
• Maintain guest cabins and public areas to luxury standards
• Supervise junior interior crew
• Manage interior inventories and guest amenities
• Coordinate guest requests and special events
Requirements
• Proven Chief Steward(ess) experience on luxury Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and interior operations
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant documentation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High level of discretion and guest-service awareness
