Qualifications: Stcw 2010 - Silver Service and any other related training would be a good plus.
Extensive experience on similar-sized luxury motor yachts.
Familiarity with dual-season operations in the Mediterranean and Red Sea is a great plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse and service-oriented crew.
