Job Description:
A world-cruising 45m private motor yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join their adventurous program. This season, the yacht will cruise the Bahamas and Caribbean, with plans for world cruising next year.
The successful candidate will oversee interior operations, manage a small interior team, and ensure exceptional service standards for the yacht’s owners and guests.
Candidate Requirements:
• STCW and valid Seafarers Medical Certificate
• Culinary training and Food Hygiene certificate
• Prior experience on a vessel of similar size
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organised with strong time management skills
• Outstanding references validating past yachting experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-standard yacht environment
