The Chief Steward/ess is responsible for leading the interior team and delivering exceptional onboard service to guests. Duties include managing interior operations, guest relations, service standards, inventory control, and maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism expected on a luxury motor yacht.
Requirements
Entry-level qualifications or equivalent certification relevant to the position
Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
Fluent English communication skills
Schengen Visa or Visa-Free Exemption
Valid B1/B2 Visa (mandatory)
Previous yacht experience preferred
Strong leadership, service mindset, discretion, and teamwork skills
