MYS Superyacht Crew is recruiting an experienced Chief Steward / Stewardess to join a Motor Yacht or Expedition Vessel.
The successful candidate will oversee interior operations and provide high-quality service to guests while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the interior department.
Coordinate guest service and housekeeping activities.
Maintain guest cabins and common areas.
Manage table service and formal dining.
Coordinate laundry and linen operations.
Maintain interior inventory and supplies.
Train and supervise junior interior crew.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as Chief Steward/ess or senior Steward/ess.
Superyacht, yacht, cruise, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Strong guest-service and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Good English required.
Professional presentation and attention to detail.
Knowledge of housekeeping, service, and laundry procedures.
