A prestigious Private / Charter Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Chief Steward to lead the interior department and ensure exceptional hospitality and presentation standards for owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the interior department
• Coordinate housekeeping and guest-service operations
• Maintain guest cabins and public areas to luxury standards
• Supervise junior interior crew
• Manage interior inventories and guest amenities
• Coordinate guest requests, events, and special occasions
Requirements
• Proven Chief Steward / Chief Stewardess experience on luxury yachts
• Strong knowledge of yacht interior operations
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant yacht documentation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• High level of discretion and guest-service awareness
