A private/charter Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Chief Steward to lead the interior department and ensure exceptional service and presentation standards for owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the interior team
• Maintain luxury housekeeping and service standards
• Coordinate guest service and interior operations
• Manage interior inventories and supplies
• Train and supervise junior interior crew
• Ensure guest areas are maintained to the highest standards
Requirements
• Previous Chief Steward / Chief Stewardess experience on Motor Yachts preferred
• Luxury yacht or hospitality experience required
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and appropriate US visa/work authorization where required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and guest-service skills
