Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Stewardess to join a 50m private dual-season motor yacht currently located in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-style vessel with great owners who truly care for their crew, offering a supportive and welcoming environment.
The yacht maintains high operational and interior standards, and the successful candidate will take pride in upholding these expectations. The program includes owner trips over Christmas and New Year, occasionally accompanied by the family dog — so an animal-friendly attitude is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties to a high standard
• Assist in service as required, ensuring smooth guest operations
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization throughout interior spaces
• Work closely with the interior team and follow direction from senior stews
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 full season experience on a busy 40m+ yacht
• Strong housekeeping and laundry background
• Ability to assist confidently in service when needed
• Team player with excellent communication and work ethic
• Able to work independently with initiative and attention to detail
• Valid B1/B2 visa (essential)
• Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates
• Fluent in English

• Vessel: 50m Private Motor Yacht (Dual Season)

• Salary: USD 3,000–3,500 DOE
• Leave: 48 days annual leave
