Excellent Captains on board and HOD
There is a heavy emphasis on board on the food & service so candidates will be confident in all styles but specifically very fine dining plated
Wine knowledge is a bonus, as is cocktail knowledge
Table scaping is a MUST! Every night is a different tale setting, so a creative person would be a huge bonus!
