Job Description:
We are seeking a fabulous, confident, and experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 60m private expedition yacht with an adventurous world itinerary. You will be part of a professional and friendly interior team of four, working closely alongside the Chief Stewardess and confidently leading the stews beneath you.
The vessel will enter a UK shipyard period before embarking on a remarkable journey through Caribbean, Central America, the Pacific, Galapagos, and Antarctica — ideal for someone who is down-to-earth, motivated, and eager for an off-the-beaten-track adventure.
This is a close-knit crew with lovely, active owners who enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and fishing, creating a warm and welcoming onboard culture.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee daily interior operations and maintain high service standards
• Support the Chief Stewardess in managing and training junior stews
• Deliver exceptional guest service in housekeeping, laundry, and service departments
• Assist in provisioning, inventory, and interior administration tasks
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain a professional, positive, and adaptable attitude throughout all duties
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles on 50m+ yachts
• Proven leadership experience within an interior team
• Excellent guest service, organization, and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adventure-ready personality
• Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates
• Fluent in English
