A prestigious Private & Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Sous / Second Chef to assist the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences onboard.
The successful candidate will support menu preparation, food production, provisioning, and galley organization while maintaining the highest standards expected within the luxury yacht industry.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef with meal preparation
Prepare high-quality international cuisine
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the galley
Assist with provisioning and inventory management
Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation
Prepare meals for guests and crew
Support menu planning and special dietary requests
Maintain excellent food presentation standards
Requirements
Previous experience as Sous Chef or Second Chef onboard Superyachts, Cruise Ships, or luxury hotels
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport
Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
Culinary qualifications preferred
Good English communication skills
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
Knowledge of international cuisine and food safety
