We are seeking a skilled Sous / 2nd Chef to assist the Head or Executive Chef with the daily galley operations onboard a Motor Yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with menu preparation and cooking
Supporting the Head Chef during service
Preparing meals to high culinary standards
Maintaining galley hygiene and organization
Assisting with provisioning and inventory management
Requirements:
Relevant culinary qualifications
Previous experience as Sous Chef or 2nd Chef
Yacht/Superyacht experience preferred
Good knowledge of international cuisine
Good English communication skills
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
Valid medical fitness certificate where required
